How pricing works
We price the facility, not the people in it. AICQ eQMS and LabelGuard are a flat monthly rate per facility; AICQ Seed-to-Sale is a flat monthly rate per licensed unit. Named users with MFA enforced, so the team grows without the bill growing with it.
No two licence holders run the same operation, so we confirm one flat rate for yours up front, matched to your licence count, facilities, and volumes. No per-seat pricing, allowances stated up front, and no line items you did not agree to. Every product carries a 30-day free trial.
Definitions: a facility is one licensed address on AICQ eQMS; a licensed unit is one licence on AICQ Seed-to-Sale. An automated check is each batch-record review, label review, certificate draft, or release cross-check the platform runs for you; a COA extraction is each lab certificate read and structured for QA verification.
