Running several licences?
Production plus three additional units is $3,296 per month: one QMS, one ops team, four licences with separate inventory, CTLS/CRA, and settlement. Talk to us for a quote matched to your licence count.
COA extractions: each lab COA the system reads and structures for QA verification counts as one extraction. Beyond your monthly allowance, additional extractions are a flat $2 each on any tier.
Onboarding: provisioning is concierge. We set up your tenant, migrate your data, and stay with your team through the first live batch. Fixed-fee onboarding and validation-documentation packages are quoted separately.

›How is my data isolated?
Row-level security per tenant and per licence, enforced in the database. Your scope is derived from your authenticated session, never from anything the browser sends. Data is hosted in Canada (ca-central-1).
›Do you support multiple licences?
Yes, natively. Each licensed unit keeps separate inventory, CTLS/CRA obligations, lot numbering, and settlement, consolidated centrally. Inter-unit transfers carry both signatures.
