Which plan fits your facility? An automated check is each batch record review, label review, certificate draft, or release cross-check the platform runs for you. Starter fits micro-cultivators and micro-processors: a small team (up to 5 accounts) releasing up to roughly 20 lots a month. Standard fits standard processors running multiple SKUs: larger teams (10 accounts) releasing 20+ lots a month, with the full governance modules. Beyond your allowance, additional checks are a flat $1 each on either plan.
User accounts: Starter includes 5 accounts and Standard includes 10; additional accounts are $199/month per block of 5, on either plan. Every person gets their own named login — shared accounts break the attributability (ALCOA) your records depend on, so we price seats to make doing it right the easy choice.
Contract: 12-month minimum term, billed monthly — enough runway to get genuinely ready for a Health Canada inspection. Annual prepay saves 5%. Cancellation always includes a full data export, and records are retained for the s.232 two-year window.
Budgeting benchmark: licence holders typically budget 0.5–1.5% of revenue for their quality system. AICQ usually costs less than one lab test per month — and does the document control, chasing, and first-pass review work of the QA coordinator you have not had to hire yet (a $75K+/year loaded salary).
